I bought one of similar hair removal device from Silk’n back in 2015. Okay, that has been many many years ago. It was around $300 at that time. It was only been used less than 3 times. It hurts to use it. It was very painful to me. In a point that I turned to the lowest setting and it still hurts. I was hesitating to try hair remover devices ever since. I decided to give this a try because what the product says it is painless, and with cooling function. I am so glad I did. It is really painless. This device started with 999999, and I was slowing trying the settings. Like the description says, there no fancy useless setting there. This device kept everything easy and down to the point. 5 levels to figure out the best settings that fits me. I was able to slowing moving from level 1 to level 4 without any pain at all! Literally NOT Pain At ALL! I started to feel little discomfortable at level 5, so I went back to level 4.
Also, this device reacts very fast, with Silk’n device, it take seconds to flash and more seconds to start next flash, there was holding times. With this device, there is no wait time at all. I started next flash right away after the previous one is done. None stops and keep on going painlessly.
I am very satisfied with this device. Highly recommended! Device is small, smooth, easy to hold on. Sunglass is okay but it saves me from digging my bags trying to look for a sunglass. No complaints at all!

So this isn't my first laser hair removal rodeo; I have used another home device and have that for reference. This one is better, by far, just by the instructions alone. The thing about laser hair removal is that it's a process, takes time, is a bit uncomfy, and it may not even work for everyone. I've found that, by following the upkeep, it does seem to reduce my hair growth. For reference, I have tan skin and thin, dark hair. Apparently, these devices need a contrast between hair color and skin color in order to work, and if your skin tone is too far on either end of the color spectrums, it won't function properly.
I've found that it does seem to reduce hair growth; you need to shave the area before using the light (the absolute tiniest shaving razer I'd included, though I didn't use it because I thought the novelty of its smallness was too cute to use). At the beginning, the hair grew back after treatment, but eventually, after going the 3 uses our week route, I found that the hairs slowly began growing back slower. While I think this works, it feels like just shaving with extra steps, and waxing would probably just be easier and reduce growth, to a lesser extent.
The instructions claim that some skin discomfort and redness might happen, and I didn't experience that too much, even though I have sensitive skin. But this device is really nice in that it has a 'cooling' feature, so I tried to anyway. This feature does feel quite soothing. However, if I had felt any significant pain from the hair removal that required soothing, I likely would not have continued using it.
Back to the instructions, I highly recommend reading them all the way through before using the device. The buttons are a tad difficult to read, and usage isn't really intuitive. You don't want to get the light going when it's not again skin or without the included sunglasses; it is bright and a definitely jarring if you're not expecting it. Though, it does need to be plugged in in order to turn on; it doesn't charge.
I'm basing this review on the device itself and not really these devices in general. I think this one does what it's supposed to do to standard (over time, continual use), and if you're looking to try it out, this is one of the better ones to pick.

This Linglee IPL Hair Removal Device is really nice. It comes in a very nice box with protective glasses for your eyes, a razor (not so good) , and an easy to follow instruction booklet.
This IPL has a cooling feature which is really nice.
It has 5 settings to choose from which is much easier than some IPL devices that I have tried in the past. It's basically simplified to 5 settings and choose from auto or manual flash. Very easy to use. It's easy to hold because it's small also. This is probably one of the smaller IPL's that I have seen. It still packs the same power though!
As for hair removal, I just started using it so I can't really say how well it's working yet. I feel it's working good but I won't know for another 6 weeks probably. I will have to check back and update my review then. So far I really like this device though!

As there are many methods of removing unwanted body hair it can be unpleasant.
I have waxed, but since I have delicate skin it becomes painful. Shaving has produce tiny nicks on my skin causing soreness and irritation. Also, I have used creams and it doesn't work. Its been a few days and I have started seeing the results as expected.

Beautifully packaged and very good quality hair remover. I was apprehensive to use one of these but I’m glad I did! I literally have no hair and it’s amazing. You need to read through all the instructions thoroughly. It’s virtually painless. Definitely recommend.

Waited a couple months to review.
Using 2 times a week on underarms and I think I see a difference.
It’s easy to use, has plenty of flashes.
Just a very drawn out process because it has to be weak enough to able to use at home.

If not expecting absolute and permanent perfection, this IPL unit is among the best buys that my wife and I have evaluated. This basic Linglee is easy to grip and hold and strongly worth exploring. A discussion with your dermatologist can be a strong first step when considering IPL permanent hair removal in the privacy of home. Go easy and start with a small area. Also important to note is that this versatile model is not intended for dark skin. Many of us fall somewhere in between. Absolutely gorgeous and far better than average packaging for gifting!

It's amazing how quickly IPL (Intense Light Pulse) hair removal devices have proliferated. Once a few big brands demonstrated that there's a market, a lot of alternatives flooded in. The good news is that this means you can get the same functionality for less money.
I've tried a large number of these IPL devices at this point, and I can say that these IPL devices all work pretty similarly, with only a few differences separating them. If you are looking for hair removal, then the most significant differences mostly amount to ergonomics (shape of the device and positions of the buttons) and whether it integrates "ICE" functionality to actively cool the region to which you're applying the light.
This is a mid-priced unit that adds ICE Cooling functionality and is surprisingly small--although it feels a bit clumsy in the hand.
Specifics of this IPL device:
** Only performs hair removal
** Includes ICE skin cooling functionality
** LCD screen shows the number of flashes left and power level (1-5), plus whether ICE auto auto modes are on/off
** Rated for 36W (low end of power for a home IPL)
** Short and wide shape is a bit cumbersome in the hand
** Rated for 999,999 flashes
Operation is pretty trivial:
1) Attach the power cord to the IPL device (the device is NOT battery operated--you must have it plugged in).
2) Turn on the device via the power button, which is a button on the side of the device
3) Choose the power level to use (you have five levels, and you cycle through them using short pushes of the power button). The level will be indicated on the LCD screen.
4) Place the front end of the device against the skin you are trying to treat and push the flash button (located in the lower middle of the top of the IPL device). There is a ~1s refractory period after flashing before you can flash again.
5) Ice technology, which actively cools the metal region that comes in contact with your skin, is turned on/off by pressing a second button on the side. If it's on, a snowflake icon will show up on the LCD display
The light is extremely powerful and could damage your eyes with continued direct exposure. Therefore, you should never look directly into the light and a cheap pair of folding protective eyeglasses are included in the box. The light is triggered by sensors in the front of the device. Using very slow-motion photography, I was able to capture a ~1/100th split-second snapshot of the light (see photos). But the light duration is extremely short.
You run the tool over the area where you want to remove hair and make sure you expose all the hair follicles in that region. You will not see any immediate results. The light signals your hair to stop growing, but it requires multiple treatments over several weeks before you will be expected to see results. Eventually, you should find a substantial reduction in the hair in the treated areas.
In the box, you get the tool, a power cord, a pair of eye protection glasses, a cheap disposable razor, plus instructions.
A word about the "ice" functionality, because this listing provides almost no detail (nor do those for other IPL devices):
Ice functionality is another term for "Local epidermal cooling."
This is given various names in listings, one of the most common is "ice function" or "ice-cooling". This is local cooling of the epidermal region (surface skin) in the region where the IPL light pulse is being applied. The high-powered light can be irritating to some people, and cooling the skin in that region can reduce the immediate irritation. (It does not improve/decrease the efficacy of the treatment). This cooling effect is achieved via a Peltier junction semiconductor and a good thermoconducting material at the head of the IPL device (frequently sapphire or aluminum) that transmits the cold that the semiconductor generates to the skin. (A heatsink and fan inside the IPL device remove the heat that the Peltier junction also produces).
Epidermal cooling is not required for efficient use, but it may make it less unpleasant to use the device for some users.
This IPL device is lower-mid-priced relative to other IPL devices on Amazon, but it does add the "ICE" cooling functionality. The rated power is 48W, which is on the low end of the range of power you typically see for these home IPL devices (between 30W and 60W). When I tested the device and did a split-second capture of the flash event, I noticed that the duration of the light event is fairly short relative to other devices of this type I've tested. This may be due to a combination of lower power and inclusion of the Ice functionality. This might affect effectiveness.
Summary:
Pros:
** Integrates epidermal cooling (ICE)
** LCD readout
Cons:
** Not the cheapest IPL device you can buy
** IPL device is too wide to fit comfortably in the hand and have access to flash button--especially if you have small hands
** 36W rating is at the lower end for these types of devices
** During my split-second capture I noticed that the light duration for this device during a flash is not

The built in cooling system is genius! It gets very cold super fast and feels amazing on my skin after treatments. It really helps to calm down my irritated skin very quickly. That is a unique system that I haven't seen on any of the other hair removal devices that I've tried.
The light screen on this is a bit smaller than other devices similarly priced but I think that is so that there is enough space for the cold system. I would say it's definitely worth it. It might take you longer to treat an entire area but it will certainly keep your skin calm without flaring it up compared to other devices. If you're planning to treat your armpits or bikini areas I don't think the timing would be a big deal, however if you plan to treat really large areas like you legs, then you might want to consider to time difference.

I travel for work a lot and it is impossible for me to keep laser hair removal appointments! I love how easy the manual is with this machine to at home remove hair and keep up with a routine of doing it! I am also shocked that it can be used on my smaller problem and tedious areas too! I have heard that laser hair removal hurts at most clinics and this is luckily pain free and more manageable!
