Holiday Return Policy Update
To better serve our customers, we have extended our return policy for the holiday season.
For the 2022 holiday season, most of the items purchased between October 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31, 2023.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your product for a full refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase for next steps. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns for Refund
To receive a full refund for an item purchased from Memorism, please follow below instructions:
- Contact customer service to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method.
- The following must be included in the return:
- The item must be packed in its original carton with the original packing materials.
- Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Put the RMA on the package. If there is no RMA on the package, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- Send your returned item(s) to Memorism within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped by verifiable tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority) to that location.
If you would like to return your product that was purchased from a retail store, you'll need to contact the retailer to proceed with a return and refund.
If you were gifted an item but it isn't what you had in mind, you can return your items for in-store credit. Please reach out to email@example.com with the gifter's first and last name, email address, and the products you’d like to return or exchange (the gifter won’t be notified of any changes).
Returns for Replacement
To receive a replacement for an item purchased from Memorism, please follow below instructions:
- All returns for replacement must be authorized by Memorism within 30 days of delivery and assigned a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- We will provide a return shipping label within 30 days of delivery to you.
- After the 30 day period, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Keep a copy of your tracking number in case we need to verify the return until the unit is checked by a member of our warehouse team.
